Can you match the siding and roof materials on my house?We can paint your shed walls any color you choose from Sherwin Williams selection, but all our sheds are constructed using LP Smartside siding panels, white PVC trim and 30 year architectural shingles. We may take on special orders but it depends on the request.

Do I need to apply for a building permit?This is dependent on your local planning department, but many municipalities allow sheds up to 120 square feet without a building permit. We recommend checking with your local planning department before placing your order. We do not handle building permit applications but can assist you with any information you might need to include in your application.

How long does it take for you to build my shed?Build times vary, but up to 100 sq ft sheds typically take a day or less to build in easy to access areas. Upwards of 100 sq ft take longer but we’ll provide a time estimate when you order. If any site prep is required, for example trimming of trees or bushes, some additional time may be required.

Do you deliver pre-built sheds?We do not deliver sheds. We hand carry all tools and materials from our truck and build our sheds on site.

Do you offer financing?Not at this time but we will be adding a financing option in the future.

Do you offer a warranty?Yes! All our sheds come with a 2 year warranty for workmanship and defects. Our warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather conditions, careless use or ‘acts of God’. Our warranty is void if the building is moved or altered in any way.
